It is 1 km from the center of Arco. The slightly peripheral location ensures a typical tranquility of the villages. In front of the farm there is a typical restaurant and pizzeria, and within 200 meters there are a bar, supermarket, baker, bank, newsagent, tobacconist, pharmacy and bus stop. The apartments are derived from the transformation of the rural family home and the barn and barn, and are all recently modernized. Each apartment has a private balcony or small terrace, a living room with kitchen complete with all appliances and dishes, one or two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. In each apartment there is air conditioning, TV with digital terrestrial and satellite channels and free Wi-Fi, available throughout the hotel and in the common areas. Other facilities include toaster, microwave oven, electric kettle, waffle iron, coffee moka. Some of these appliances are available for free upon request. In the garden there is an outdoor cooking area with barbecue and wood-burning oven, tables and shaded benches. The pool has been designed for all ages, has an area with water at 0.50 m (with hydromassage), an area at 80 cm that goes down to 1.4 meters. In part to the swimming pool there is a large solarium area, a shaded area with a playground, five-a-side football, table tennis and a multipurpose synthetic court for tennis and basketball. Free of charge for our guests are 6 MTB bicycles and information material on bicycle routes, walks and a guide to the rock walls and via ferrata. Our farm cultivates vineyards, olive trees and medicinal herbs. Much attention is paid to respecting the environment and sustainability, heating is mainly provided by biomass, hot water from the solar system and 10kw photovoltaic electricity.
