There is a 2nd Family Room upstairs featuring a large 83-inch smart TV with all major streaming apps available, along with a high-quality soundbar that creates a real cinema experience. Guests are welcome to sign into their own accounts and enjoy their favourite shows, films, or sporting events—making it an ideal space for both family entertainment and relaxing movie nights.

The Bedrooms continue the luxurious theme that is evident in every aspect of this lovely home. All the bedrooms without exception are comfortable and all offer that little haven for you to retreat to at the end of a busy day.
The bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – (downstairs) Queen Bedroom with Queen Bed and flat screen television that is beautifully decorated. There is a bathroom next door that consists of a separate shower and a single basin unit.
Bedroom 2 – (downstairs) King Suite that has a luxury King Size bed, flat screen television and Ensuite facilities of a bath and separate shower and a double basin unit.
Bedroom 3 – (upstairs) King Suite with stunning décor, a King Bed with a flat screen television for you to enjoy. There are Ensuite facilities of bath with separate shower and a double basin unit.
Bedroom 4 – (upstairs) has Bunk beds with the lower bunk being full size with a single on top. This is a great room for siblings, cousins or family friends to share if they are travelling in the group.
Bedroom 5 (upstairs) is a Twin bedroom with an elegant décor and a flat screen television. There is a bathroom next door that includes a bath with shower over and a single basin unit.

-We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.

- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)

- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- For system safety, AC cannot be set below 72°F
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road.
Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
