This modern, rustic lake house blends classic craftsmanship with present day perks for an atmosphere that will make your family feel right at home. Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)
SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)
OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking
HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
