This spacious corner condo has plenty of room for all your family and friends. And with all the amenities provided and its premiere location, you won't have any trouble finding things to do! Please note there is a 1 month minimum stay.
The open floor plan of Royal Pelican 381 makes it easy for everyone to gather and mingle. The large living room has plenty of seating and an HDTV for your pleasure. It conveniently opens onto the screened lanai, where you can view all the canal's activities and enjoy a tropical breeze. The primary suite, with its huge king-sized bed, also opens onto the lanai. Just image watching beautiful sunsets from the comfort of your own bed!
Guests will be just as comfortable as you in the second bedroom with its queen sized bed. The sleeper sofa also provides accommodations for additional guests. There are flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms. Two full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for everyone to get ready for the day's activities!
The kitchen at Royal Pelican 381 is equipped with everything you need to make light work of meal preparation. All the utensils and gadgets necessary are provided.
