The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances as well as ample counter space to entertain and prepare your vacation meals. The kitchen also opens to a writing desk, additional seating for dining, and access to the gorgeous deck. The upscale formal dining room also offers seating for 8 and overlooks stunning views of the lagoon and golf course.
The home’s primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, access to the back deck, and impeccable golf and lagoon views. The room also provides enough closet space to fully unpack your vacation clothes and unwind. The private primary bathroom offers ample natural light, a walk-in glass shower, and a separate bathtub.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 12' W by 20' L. Pool heat is NOT offered from the months of November through February. It has an electric heater and during the spring/fall months, can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day. Electric pool heaters take longer to come to temperature than gas heaters, therefore it can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees.
