1 mile to local restaurants, Starbucks, bakery, library and shops including Basics grocery store. 15 minute drive time to downtown Portland, OHSU, VA, Reed College, Lewis & Clark Collegeand the NorthWest and Pearl Districts.
Two weekday, commuter (early morning and later afternoon) nearby bus routes to downtown Portland (#51 and 55).

Upper Floor: Master bedroom with Smart TV. Large master bathroom with separate jetted tub, large shower, heated floor and double vanity sinks. Open living room with wood fireplace, dining and kitchen (with gas range and island/eating bar) areas--all with large, west facing territorial view picture windows. The deck off the kitchen has territorial views and a gas BBQ grill. Total home WiFi Internet access, security system and HVAC.
Lower Floor: Approximately 1000 square feet of space with its own private entrance to the backyard patio, lawn and gardens. It has full windows with beautiful lighting and a spacious living area with two desks, Aaron chair, WiFi Internet access, a queen sofa bed and an exercise trampoline. The downstairs also has a remote controlled gas fireplace with a smart TV mounted above it so you can be cozy and watch your favorite streaming shows (Netflix and Hulu included).
The lower floor daylight basement kitchenette/laundry room has a small refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, convection toaster oven, eating bar, front load washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
The bedroom has remote controlled Select Comfort queen bed.
The bathroom has a toilet, vanity sink with a hair dryer and a shower with a rainfall shower head.
The yard is beautifully landscaped and has a large back yard patio that's shaded by 70 year old oak tree. There are beautiful raised garden beds with fruit trees. The deck off the kitchen has SW facing territorial views and stairs down to the back yard.
