Samoset Townhouse - Winnipesaukee Lake Access
The Samoset condo complex is nestled on the southern shore of Lake Winnipesaukee. It is has130+ townhouse/condo units and offers a beach on the lake, floating water trampoline, tennis courts, pool overlooking the lake, lots of public sittings areas to relax or eat by the water, large playfields, volleyball court, ping pong, fire pit for smores by the lake, etc. It is a great place for kids and adults to relax during their summer vacation. Note most vacation places that are not directly on the water do not offer lake access (something to be aware of and ask other rentals.). At Samoset you have access to the lake and can walk to all the amenities (no need to get in a car ever).
Our unit is one of few units with 2 bedrooms and a finished loft (we have built real stairs to loft with finished walls) and 2 Full bathrooms. The unit has been updated and has 2 AC units, washer/dryer, grill, screened porch sitting area, and expanded outdoor deck to relax or eat. There is also a quiet grassy backyard area with quick access to all that Samoset offers. This is also a townhouse unit so there are no noisy neighbors above you. This is a quiet unit so you can easily relax after a long day at the lake.
Samoset is located in Gilford, NH, and is central to many activities, shopping, and hiking. Some topactivities in the areainclude Gunstock Mountain, Bank of NH Pavilion (outdoor music), hiking, Ellacoya Grill is right across the street, Ellacoya Park is within walking distance, etc.
