Luxurious top floor apartment on 2 floors in the beautiful chalet style Residence Le Clos de la Fontaine. Stunning views of Saint Gervais and a short walk across new bridge to the town centre. Beautifully fitted with oak kitchen with full size oven and dishwasher. There is a large, family size fridge freezer. Located in an attractive building in the best possible location for skiing in St Gervais. Only 100 metres from the cable car to the skiing area.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, one with double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and the other with bunk beds. 2 of the bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious living area has a comfortable leather sofa and an oak dining table with 6 chairs and a bench.
