Beautiful coastal 1BR/1BA 4th floor Oceanfront newly renovated condo in gated Litchfield by the Sea. Bridgewater features a galley kitchen, and private balcony with the best view in the resort! We also have the earliest check-in time on the Hammock Coast - more time to rest, relax and enjoy the beach. Access to pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, walking paths and 1 mile of private beach access.
Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 6 guests and include: ~ 1 bedroom (2 new full size beds, 1 new full size Murphy bed in living area).
All resort guests have access to the Play Pool Plaza and the Indoor Pool Play Pool Plaza is the main resort pool located at Summerhouse Suites. Open from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. The play pool plaza features a mini waterpark with rotating buckets, silly submarine, mushroom and lazy river. Another indoor Pool is located on the 1st floor inside Bridgewater.
****Bridgewater Pool requires a Pool Band to access the property pool/beach. Guests will be charged $25 per missing pool band at the end of their stay.****
We have 4 Tommy Bahama/Nautica beach chairs for your use. We just ask that you take care of them and clean and place them back in the closet upon your departure.
During your stay at Bridgewater, take advantage of the oceanfront pool, salt water fishing lakes with a fishing pier, a marsh overlook with crab dock, lighted tennis courts, over seven miles of scenic walking paths, an oceanfront clubhouse with cabana, and approximately one mile of private access to the beach. Places to eat within Litchfield by the Sea Include: Coastal Dish which offers a daily breakfast buffet, The Deck Tiki Bar and Grill with happy hour, specialty drinks and small plates, Coastal Scoops Ice Cream Shoppe and an onsite Starbucks. Also available is a Health and Wellness Center, Bike Rentals and seasonal Beach Chair Rentals.
Excellent restaurants, grocery stores, shopping are right outside the gate.
Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels. Unit is individually owned; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.
Check-in instructions:
Guest will check-in (after 3pm, check out at 10am). Property is located inside Litchfield by the Sea 14276 Ocean Highway, Pawleys Island SC 29585. Further check-in instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival. You will be provided with a starter kit of 1 roll each of toilet paper, paper towels and several coffee pods.
