Our home is just 8 miles from downtown Nashville 🌆 and 2 miles from the airport. ✈️We have a total of four bedrooms. On the main level there is a king bed connected to the upstairs bathroom and two other rooms with queen beds. Bonus there is a whirlpool tub in the bathroom! 🛀🏼 Downstairs there is a twin bed and queen bed in one room. There is also a total of three couches and one love seat. 🛋 In the den there is a futon that pulls out and is the size of a queen (recommended for one person or two small people) It’s easy to set up. The fireplace in the den does not work at this time.
There is another full bath (beautiful new construction) and half bath. located on the lower floor with a den and living area that includes a second tv and foosball game. 📺 We have plenty of blankets, pillows and 2 brand new HVAC’s to keep you comfortable. It feels best set at 68.
The back patio has a gas grill and beautiful sitting area which lights up at night with string lights. ✨ The house sits on an acre lot so there’s lots of space.
