The stone walkway continues to lead you towards down to where the boathouse and hot tub await! The massive deck is fully equipped with a shaded area that features a dining table for 6, a wet bar with seating for 5, and a BBQ. The rest of the deck is furnished with an oversized, outdoor couch as well as an additional sitting area under an umbrella that features 8 outdoor club chairs. The lower-level boathouse deck is furnished with a sectional couch, 2 chairs, and 3 slip interior boathouse. The exterior boasts 4 lounge chairs inviting you to bask in the all day sun while watching the kids slide down the Aquaglide play structure!
