Completed in August 2006, this newly renovated 3100 square foot beach house has been professionally decorated and furnished to make your vacation as comfortable as possible. The quiet location is perfect for children of all ages. Only 100 yards from the beach and only blocks from tennis courts, miniature golf, ice cream shops and restaurants. Minutes to A.C. for a quick getaway!
This 3-story home is equipped with an elevator to make things easier throughout your stay. There are bedrooms on the first and third floors while the 2nd floor is ideal for family gatherings, relaxing and cooking in the newly upgraded chef kitchen. The layout is great for large families or for two families vacationing together.
Relax in comfort on the 2nd floor in our two new sofas (pull-out bed) and while you enjoy your favorite show or movie on the 60 inch smart TV. The 2nd floor also features a large covered deck off the living room which is perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishware as well as a blender, toaster, toaster over, coffee maker, etc. The second den features a wet bar, a pull out sofa bed and a large 70 inch TV. The laundry room with full size BOSCH washer and dryer is also on the 2nd floor.
The first floor offers a guest bedroom with a King sized bed and large custom closet. There is 54 inch smart TV and the hall bath has a brand new spa like tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom on the first floor is perfect for a family with little ones with a twin-over-full bunk bed, and plenty of room for air mattresses on the floor.
The third floor offers a professionally decorated main suite with king bed and sitting area and a 54 inch smart TV. It has a vaulted ceiling and private deck with spectacular ocean views. The main suite offers in closets and a tiled master bath with jacuzzi tub, double sinks and tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom on the third floor has a twin-over-full bunk bed with trundle, and a baby crib. It features a 32 inch Smart TV and has it's own private bath with tub/shower combination. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and custom designed California Closets to make your stay more comfortable.
There is a 1 car garage with keyless access and 2 parking spaces in front of the garage. There is also an outdoor shower, beach tags, beach toys, bikes are all provided to make your vacation as fun filled and relaxing as possible. The bikes are our family bikes, so please treat them with respect and make sure they are secured and locked when parking them in public places.
Beach towels are available, but must be laundered and re-shelved before departure.
