The space
The Maple House is a newly renovated basement in the Maple Leaf neighborhood just 7 mins away from downtown Seattle (by car). The unit showcases stylish interior and comfortable furniture to make your stay unforgettable.
The 1400 sqft house features high ceilings, great natural lighting and ventilation, 2 bedrooms with fully operable windows, stylish and fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter top, dish washer and all the utensils you need to make all your dinner chef worthy. A dining/living room combo with a futon sofa that converts into a bed, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom conveniently divided in two areas to add privacy: one area has a bathtub/shower combo with a double sink and the other has a single sink with a toilet. It features an office space with a designated desk and has W/D in unit.
There's a dedicated outdoor space for our guests with a fire pit/ grill that we highly encourage you to use.
NOTE: the unit is located in the basement of our home and it requires stair climbing to access.
Guest access
Easy to commute with many bus lines options. There’s free parking on the street, this is not a highly trafficked area so parking won’t be a problem
Other things to note
For your convenience we have some little extra for the tiniest members of the family such as foldable crib with mattress and blankets, high chair and a car seat that you’re welcome to use at no extra fee!
We love animals! but please check in with us before bringing your pet since there’s a kitty on the premises and she roams free
