Other Things to Note:
BEACH LADDER ACCESS: For environmental protection and minimal erosion this home utilizes a Dutch sand ladder system for beach access down to the private beach area along Lake Michigan. This is seasonal and unavailable from September through May. The ladder down may not be suitable for all guests. It is steep and requires holding onto the rails to go up and down.
