The Aurora House is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury condo located downtown just steps away from Canal Park, Duluth's infamous Lakewalk, multiple restaurants, the Greysolon Ballroom (wedding venue), Blacklist Brewery, downtown shopping, a casino, a public beach access, and more. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of a completely remodeled, historic, Duluth building. (Remodeling completed August of 2021). The building's lower level currently hosts the European-style bakery, Duluth's Best Bread. The building smells amazing!
