Pre-Check-In Requirements:
*We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. *As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date. Self check-in to this apartment: *There are two Heritage Hotels next to each other. Your apartment entrance is on Nelson Street, but key pick-up is at the other Heritage Hotel.
*Key pick-up is at a 24/7 lockbox room labeled “Airbnb Key Pick-Up Room” at 35 Hobson Street, which is in a different building from your apartment at 22 Nelson Street. You can park at the drop-off zone on Gorst Lane to pick up the key. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent before your arrival.

*There is NO luggage storage available for this apartment, but we can suggest a few paid options nearby.
*Our check-in time is 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.
