This Edwardian style house includes 1550 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, vaulted ceilings and excellent separation of space, 3 large smart TVs, office and laundry room. There are parking spots for 3 passenger cars, as well as street parking and a private gated backyard w/ gazebo, and hot tub. After an exciting day exploring Atlanta, unwind in our cozy living space perfect for intimate gatherings, while creating your next culinary masterpiece in our chef-inspired kitchen, stocked with all the basic mouth-watering spices and updated equipment essentials.
We are within a few blocks to public transportation and Marta station, within 5 minutes of the Atlanta university center and the Mercedes Benz stadium.
