Here you will enjoy the extensive amount of Outdoor Living Space including the unique Upper-Level Deck and the Private Master Bedroom Balcony! Under the house is all concrete which provides a great area to enjoy the cool Gulf breezes while BBQing with family and friends. Inside you will find an open floor plan, spacious kitchen with granite and the luxury vinyl flooring made to look like and feel like real wood.
Get-A-Wave sits 5th row back from the Pedestrian Beach and is a short 7-minute walk from the deck to the water's edge. You are close enough to smell, hear and see the water yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quietness of being in a small beach community.
Wake in the morning and fall asleep at night to the sound of the waves. Smell the ocean spray, watch the waves roll in and observe nature all around you.
