This is the most ideal home for any group, family vacation, business trip,

vacation stays or special events.

The location is within minutes of major 5 popular cities.

25 min away from Dfw airport , 25 min from down town Dallas, 10 min away from

city of Plano, 12 min away from city of Richardson, 23 min away from city of

Frisco, 45 min away from Choctaw Casino & Resort.

Our home is one of few that offers all essentials including a pool and hot

tub, spa is heated for additional 100$ per night.

The space

This beautiful house has recently gone through a complete renovation to please

all desires. Indoor and outdoor renovations that gave it a new style. There

are lot of amenities and extras that will make you busy enjoying your time.

There are extra living spaces including main living room, Huge Game room,

fully remodeled Play room Garage , fully remodeled kitchen, luxury furniture

and much more.

Bedrooms:

Each bedroom is set up perfectly to welcome you. We put a lot of thoughts to

make sure each bedroom will have all the necessities just like your actual

home. Each bed has memory foam microfiber mattress & pillows, & bedding set

and a 50 inch TV in each room except the bunk bedroom which has no TV.

Here are the bedroom layouts:

Master: 1 King bed, 1 toddler bed, 50 inch TV and upscale bathroom with

massaging showers & office

2nd Bedroom : 1 queen bed, Standing Mirrored closet with shelves and drawers

3rd bedroom : 1 queen bed, 42 inch TV

4th bedroom: 1 queen bed, 42 inch TV

5th bedroom: 1 Twin/Full Bunk Bed

Upstairs Game room: Pool table, Living set, 65 inch TV, fun pictures, 4 bar

stools

Garage : Living Set, 65 inch tv, foosball table, dart board, fun pictures.

Outdoor patio: Nice outdoor furniture w dining and 43 inch TV.

Indoor living room: Grey Luxury living room w 65 inch TV and modern fire

place.

Dinning room: fits for 8, rustic wood with fine chairs that give you a great

feel.

kitchen: double oven, island with dinette, complete kitchen supplies with

pots, pans etc,

Bathrooms: all bathrooms have been completely renovated to fit all tastes.

Cleanliness: To cope with the current situation and provide you with the most

comfortable stay ever we enhanced our cleaning routine:

1- Our team of professional cleaners are equipped with most recent tools to

make the house completely safe from COVID19 and other viruses and germs

2- The cleaning team wears protective gear at all times

3- The house will be ventilated before each cleaning session

4- After every cleaning session the house will be disinfected which includes

sofas, rugs, drapes, and frequently touched surfaces.

5- All linens are washed at the highest heat setting. That includes bed

sheets, mattress covers, hand & bath towels and kitchen towels. Please be

aware that we provide two towels per bed.

Guests will have access to the entire house and the garage.

House rules must be followed for best experience!

Important House rules!! we try our best to provide a pleasant experience and

we expect the same from our guest.

1\. Quite hours: 9am-9pm, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

2\. Main door needs to stay closed and Inside noise shouldn't travel outside

the house.

3\. 4 Primary vehicles Park in driveway through alley, only extra three

vehicles allowed in front.

4\. VERY IMPORTANT: Any suspicious activity which includes but not limited to

weed, narcotic, etc. will not be tolerated, you will be asked to leave the

premise immediately without any refund.

5\. Any damages to the furniture or structure of the house is the guest

responsibility and will be deducted from your deposit which is 500$.

6\. We expect our guests to clean after themselves and Maintain the property

and all furnishings.

7\. Swimming in the pool is guest solo responsibility and kids need to have

adult supervision at all time.

8\. Guests and all members assume all risks of property loss or damage and

physical injury, accident, illness, or death that exist or may exist in

connection with use or occupancy of our property.

9\. Guest shall allow homeowner and their host, upon request, to enter our

property always for purposes of repair, improvement, and inspection.

10\. Household items (linens, *duvets/pillow shams, sheets, towels, remote

controls, utensils, dishware, etc..) are not to be removed from the property.

Damage or theft will be deducted from the security deposit or claimed against

your reservation.

11\. No smoking! Trash goes in trash bin any extra bags of trash please keep

inside the backyard in sealed bags, you are not allowed to lay trash bags

around trash bin, city violation is 2000$ for this occurrence, if we get cited

you will be responsible for the 2000$. There is 100$ cleaning fee for

excessive trash.

12\. extra number of guests on the premises than the the number of guest on

the booking a 25$ charge will be assessed per extra guest per night.

13\. We charge 50$ per hour for early check in or late check out if we can

accommodate.

14\. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

15\. Three exterior cameras at the premises, two in front of the house and one
