Welcome to our dream home at Lake Oconee - The LakeMore Oconee! The LakeMore Oconee is a beautiful, private, single family home. The views are TREMENDOUS and our home offers a private deck and screened in porch to take in those views! In addition to the deck and porch, outdoor entertaining space includes a gas grill, dining set, comfortable sectional in the porch and fire pit for our guests to use. There is also a bench and dock with Adirondack chairs perfect for quiet reading, bird watching and your four legged family members. Our location is IDEAL on Lake Oconee. We are on a quiet cul de sac street and calm bay surrounded by single family homes and are only .5 mile to Hwy 44 where all of the shops and restaurants are located. At the dock, the water isn’t too deep, so the kids can toss around the football and swim. For guest enjoyment of the quiet cove, 2 single person Kayaks and a three-person canoe are provided.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, double oven, electric cook top and microwave to use if you choose to cook during your stay. The kitchen and living room feature stunning views of the lake. The interior of the home has been freshly painted and with new decor, new linens, new furniture, and new sheets and towels.
The driveway can accommodate at least 4 cars and your boat trailer. We offer laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. We will consider your 4 legged family members on a case by case basis and a $150 pet fee. Please tell us about your pup. We will consider up to 2 dogs up to 25lbs each and kindly ask that no dogs be allowed in or on any of the beds.
We are directly across the bay from Fish Tale Marina, where you can fuel up, get supplies and launch your boat, or rent one of theirs!
