When the surf is good the break is rarely crowded; the street is private (closest parking is 1/4 mile away up on PCH). The house is an architectural marvel, designed by a star architect and it's AMAZING for hanging out: one never wants to leave as the view is all big blue sky, ocean, palm trees and greenery, some roof tops; super comfy furniture -- dining table around which one can squeeze 12 (we have done it before), 3 living rooms, 3 outdoor areas for drinks, eating, chilling, grilling; kitchen has great new appliances. Bedooms are all en suite. Primary suite is on its own level w/ separate living room. The 2-story cottage is adjacent to the spa. Plus a gym! All in all, an amazingly designed newly renovated feel-good place in Malibu (steps from the beach -- sleep to the sound of the waves) for an individual or couple experience to an entire gang hang-out... with lots of parking!
