This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house has been completely renovated, including all new furniture and furnishings. The large garage has been converted to a great, semi- airconditioned man cave / entertainment center, with large screen tv, huge sectional couch, refrigerator, games and more. Enjoy the afternoon sea breeze on the front porch with a glass of your favorite beverage. Very quiet and very peaceful location. The area boasts some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. Just 1 mile to Chrystal Beach where the kids can play on the numerous twisted oak trees, while you can set and enjoy the sea breeze and sun set. Just head straight west on Florida Ave to Pop Stansell Park for a great playground, picnic area, a nice pier to fish from and stand-up paddle board rentals. There is a ton to do within a mile of this house, but if you want to venture out a little more you can head south a couple miles and check out what all Dunedin has to offer, well worth the trip. Head a few miles north to the primate sanctuary, Tarpon Springs aquarium, and the Tarpon Sponge Docks. You will find the best Greek food you have every had there in Tarpon Springs. Springtime here has professional baseball’s spring training. Catch the Valspar golf tournament at Innisbrook golf resort, showcasing the world's best professional golfers each spring too. There are several Jolly Trolley stops within a few blocks from this property. Jump on and let someone else drive you around the local entertainment and beaches.
Enjoy Pinellas Trail, just a few blocks away. It is a 48 mile long, pedestrian and bike trail that stretches from Tarpon Springs to St Petersburg.
