Experience the best of both worlds in Lauderdale Lakes, FL. Relax by the private screened pool or unwind by the waterfront backyard while enjoying nature. If you crave a little action, Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Broward Mall, Sawgrass Mall, and the beaches are only a 15 minute drive away. Miami is easily accessible and only a 45 minute drive. My house is the ultimate vacation experience for those who want to disconnect from the pressures of society while also enjoying what Fort Lauderdale has to offer.
The space
The Location:
The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and safe. The location is perfect for couples and families as well as business and solo travelers. Guests will enjoy walking around the quaint and friendly neighborhood, soaking in the sun by the private pool, and relaxing in the backyard that overlooks a beautiful canal.
The house:
The house has a fully stocked spacious kitchen for preparing and serving meals. Appliances include an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator/ freezer, coffee maker, and an outside grill for your convenience. The cabinets are fully stocked with all the items that you need to cook for you and your family. The laundry room includes a full sized washer and dryer, sink, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board. The house has quiet and cool A/C with a carbon monoxide detector.
The living area:
Bedrooms: Each bedroom (1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed) is fully furnished and offers the necessities of a peaceful stay. All mattresses, pillows and linens are sanitized and cleaned between every guest.
Bathrooms: The master bathroom includes a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower and tub for soaking.
The dining area is large and accommodates multiple guests.
The living and dining room includes comfy couches to nap, read or watch TV.
The sunroom is great to chill and enjoy nature.
Other things to note:
In case you’re headed out to Fort Lauderdale Beach, we have beach towels for your use.
The property is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly between each guest in accordance with COVID cleaning protocol.

House Rules
1. Please do not flush sanitary items (tampons, napkins, etc.) in the bathroom plumbing.
2. No candles.
3. No smoking. There is a $150 cleaning fee if the tenant smokes during the stay.
4. Use the pool at your own risk.
5. Key replacement for a lost key is $200.
6. Please clean the grill after use. If the grill is left unclean after the stay, the tenant will pay $50.
7. Please do not go to the south side of the house.
8. Iguanas in the backyard are harmless.
