Balance is key: we're removed from the craze of downtown SF, but just minutes' walk from BART. Close to Glen Park shops and restaurants, but on a quiet residential street. Very much in SF, but just 15 minutes' ride from SFO Airport. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.
The space
Located a stone’s-throw from Glen Park BART station and several other convenient transportation options, our home is the perfect retreat for those who want a base to explore the city (and beyond), but appreciate coming back to a quiet and relaxing environment.
LIVING ROOM: Stylishly appointed, with ample seating, bright workspace, and internet-connected Roku TV.
KITCHEN: Recently renovated and fully equipped with appliances, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
BEDROOMS: 3 bright, Glen Canyon facing bedrooms with comfortable, supportive mattresses and down comforters. Ample closet space for hanging clothes. Step outside the sliding doors to your own patio facing our garden and the towering eucalyptus trees of the park in the background.
BATHROOMS: Recently remodeled bathrooms with strong water pressure. One with heated washlet toilet seat and sliding door shower, the other has a tub with jacuzzi jets.
WASHER AND DRYER in laundry room.
PARKING: Free 24/7 parking available immediately opposite the street from house. Please note street cleaning rules twice per month.
The whole house can accommodate a maximum of 7 adults.
ACCESSIBILITY CONSIDERATIONS: House is located on a hill. 10 steps lead up to entrance of upper level. Interior stairwell separates the two floors. Tub shower has anti slip mat but no grab bar.
