Il Fienile is a typical Tuscan stone house, about 55 sqm with a large private garden (350 sqm), a hot tub that can be used all year round, wi-fi, air conditioning. Everything is for exclusive use. it is located in a small village, near Vinci, a few km from the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, surrounded by olive trees, immersed in the green Tuscan hills. The accommodation is a former barn, recently renovated. A charming, intimate, cozy and relaxing place.

The house was a former barn, recently renovated. It is very cozy, equipped with kitchen, bathroom with shower, small living room with sofa bed and bedroom upstairs (with queen size). Available wifi connection (free). The house is fully air-conditioned, for summer and winter.
The house is equipped with bed linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, shampoo.....).
We will also be happy to offer you a welcome basket with breakfast items and a quick meal.
Outside you can enjoy a well-kept private garden, a Jacuzzi, a spacious barbeque with a wood-burning oven, and a small porch where you can have breakfast or lunch/dinner.
The Jacuzzi can be used all year round, even in winter thanks to the water heating system. Water heating is an extra service and can be activated upon request. The cost of the service varies depending on the season and length of stay. Please contact me for more information. The Jacuzzi is located indoors under a wooden gazebo that can be enclosed with curtains.
