Perfectly located near the beach and Downtown Hollywood, this private 2 bedrooms/1 bath house can accommodate up to 4 people (2 Queen bed and a single pull out bed for a small child).
At the house everything is provided from sheets, towels, washer/dryer to the dishes, private free parking is also included. In the morning, take your coffee in the private backyard and when you come back from a hot day at the beach enjoy the fully central A/C. You need entertainment, no problem, you have high speed WiFi, Roku, flat screened TV and a brand new Granit kitchen to make a nice meal to your guest and family. Not enough, well check out the near by Mardi Gras Casino, Gulfstream Casino and shops, historic Hollywood downtown nightlife with is quaint side walk, cafes, unique boutique, shops and galleries, Starbucks, Race track and don't forget the Hollywood Beach Country Club and Golf. Around the corner, you have the State Park with it's eco-friendly paradise (water activities and more) and 3 blocks away, you will find the Art Park at Young Circle. They have a children's play area with an interactive fountain, special events like festival, art & culture, activities, parade and live entertainment. Just take a look at the picture provided to you, to understand that you are already there. The house is also a great location for cruise travelers.
IMPORTANT Minimum stay is 4 nights, no check out on a Saturday. Note that one of the renter has to be 25 years old or older to be able to take charge of the rental contract, a liability agreement will have to be sign by that person and also needs to be staying in the house during the time of the rental contract.
