Live your best Seabrook Island life from this wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 full bath home! This incredible location is close to many of the most popular amenities on Seabrook Island. Ride a bike or walk to the Lake House and enjoy the outdoor pool, playground and basketball court. Or, stay closer to home and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the private neighborhood pool with views of Palmetto Lake. Just a short car or bike ride gets you to 3.5 miles of sandy beach to walk and explore. The Villages of Seabrook community is also close to the Seabrook Island Racquet Club and Equestrian center.
Inside this charming home will greet you with an open floor plan and colorful, beachy decor, and pine floors. The living room area has plenty of natural light with 50" HDTV. (Fireplace is not for guest use.) The updated kitchen is well stocked with granite counter tops, custom white cupboards and plenty of space for all your culinary needs. A Cuisinart air aryer, Keurig and regular drip coffee maker are available to you. The dining area is open to the kitchen with copper top table and seating for 6. Off the kitchen you have your laundry room with stacked washer and dryer. Head out the Great Room French doors to the back deck. A large umbrella table with seating for 6, two chaise lounges, and a gas grill. This area makes the perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxing!
The first guest bedroom is on the first floor. A perfect retreat for the kids. You have a full bed with a twin bunk above it. This room has a private entrance to the first floor full bath, complete with a shower/tub combo. Head upstairs to two more bedrooms and an office nook. The nook has a small desk and printer. The Master bedroom features a king bed, 40" Smart TV and large master bath. Man made marble adorn the dual vanity. Relax in the Jacuzzi tub or rinse off in the large walk-in tiled shower. Extras provided are bed & bath linens along with a hairdryer. There is a guest room on the 2nd level as well with both queen and twin beds. The guest bath is en suite and features single vanity, hair dryer and tub/shower combo.
In the garage the owners have all your beach needs covered. For your convenience beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach wagon are available. This is a pet friendly property. Up to (1) dog welcome! Additional fees apply. The garage is full. No vehicles are allowed in the garage.
**As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
