Moving on to the second floor, there is a spacious kitchen and a huge great room with a cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, island kitchen, large TV, blu ray player, and a large deck with ocean views. There are also two generous bedrooms (one king-size bed and one queen-size bed), a laundry room, and one and a half bath on this floor.
The Hemingway Suite is on the third floor and features a huge room with a gas fireplace, a wet bar with sink, cabinets, a small refrigerator, coffee machine, sitting area, a master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, separate heating/air conditioning zone, as well as a balcony with a beautiful ocean view.
