The downstairs hosts a beautiful, large open kitchen and family room, an ideal gathering space for dinner parties or family time. There is an additional spacious living room and adjacent formal dining room. Ample windows throughout let in abundant natural light from the unobstructed views of Hatton Canyon. Large flat screen TVs and Carmel stone fireplaces complement the downstairs spaces. Offset from the main rooms is a guest bedroom (Queen pull out) with its own HDTV, and half bath around the corner.
Upstairs are the master bedroom (King bed) and 2 additional bedrooms (Queen beds) and 2 full baths. Laundry room is also conveniently located upstairs.
The back of the home faces the serene greenbelt of Hatton Canyon, where you can enjoy BBQing on the grill, outdoor dining on the wrap around deck, 7 person hot tub, and a large fire pit.
