TALL TIMBERS - This stunning, custom-built cottage sits on over four acres of well-treed, beautifully-landscaped land in Arthurlie Bay, Lake Rosseau. Boasts 200' of prime Lake Rosseau frontage, a 3-slip boathouse complete with a kitchenette and bathroom, a spacious dock with lounge chairs, and a hot tub! Northwest exposure promises sunny days and breathtaking Muskoka sunsets! Equipped with path lighting and steps leading down to the rocky waterfront. Deep water off the end of the dock! There is also a 3-car garage with a BBQ and wine fridge.
INTERIOR
This cottage features spacious, open-concept main rooms and wood-beamed cathedral ceilings, white walls and elegant stone accents. The Great Room provides a wonderful space for family and friends to congregate, and is equipped with an oversized stone fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Lake Rosseau. Plenty of comfortable seating and doors leading out to the deck. The spacious kitchen is also located on the main floor of the cottage, and features stainless steel appliances, an island with 4 stools, a pantry, a double-door refrigerator, two sinks and sleek white granite countertops. The new dining table (2023) is located just beyond the kitchen island, with seating for 10 guests. The large Muskoka Room can be accessed through the kitchen, and features screened-in windows, a sitting area, and doors leading out to the upper deck.
There is a spacious games room located on the upper level of the cottage, complete with a flat-screen TV, a sitting area with pull out queen couch, a live-edge desk and a ping pong table. The lower level of this cottage features a living room with sectional couches, oversized windows, a flat screen TV and a walkout to the lower patio. There is an exercise room/yoga studio located on the lower level, complete with a flat screen TV, a variety of workout equipment including a Peloton Bike, TRX and a 3-piece bathroom.
