The home is located in the exclusive Reserve at Boyne Mountain neighborhood which sits on and around Boyne Mountain and gives you a front-row seat to the premier resort amenities including championship golf courses, an all-sports lake with sand beaches, an 88,000 square-foot indoor water park, and miles of picturesque trails for hiking, biking, and cross country skiing. You will also have access to more than 60 ski slopes, terrain parks with half-pipes, and the latest in high-speed chairlifts.
Enjoy this home's open floor plan that allows everyone to gather comfortably while enjoying a warm cozy fire, or sitting in the beautiful custom kitchen with a dining nook, a large island, granite countertops, and high-end stainless steel appliances. You will also have access to a Weber Grill for outdoor cooking. There is a large screen TV in both living rooms and TVs throughout most of the bedrooms as well.
