VIP 1422 South Fremont (two bedroom, one bath, large open kitchen/family room, large deck and hot tub with washer and dryer) is centrally located in the beautiful University Height/Rountree Neighborhood area. Less than 1/2 mile from Missouri State University (MSU) and less than 2 miles to the other Universities, major concert venues, downtown and major hospitals.
All hardwood and tile floors, hot tub, big yard with a tall privacy fence, 2 King Size Memory Foam Sleep Number Beds and a comfortable futon that also can sleep two. Sleeps six adults comfortably.
Has great new stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers (Klipsch and Polk Audio). Premium cable channels.
The home also features art work from two of Missouri's premier Artists: Gary Delametre and Josh Mitchell.
All new stainless steel appliances and the kitchen is fully equipped with need cooking utilities. Granite counter tops with seating around the bar that can comfortable seat
5 guests.
The outside deck opens up from the back bedroom. It has a six man hot tube and out door seating for seven with a sun lounging chair.
No parties permitted without owners special permission. If you wish to bring pets, first discuss with owner. Non-paying guests cannot use the hot without payment arrangements with the Host/Owner. Keep the noise level down after 10pm. Respect the neighbors.
