Quick drive to downtown and easy access to I-40. Two miles from BNA with double windows as a sound barrier. Rideshare pickup (Lyft, Uber, etc) is lightning fast, and the home has a driveway for convenient guest parking.
7 miles (10-20 minutes) to downtown Nashville, 2 miles to BNA airport, 7 miles (10-20 minutes) to Opryland Hotel (home of The Grand Ole Opry), and a few minutes from several major shopping centers and restaurants.

This is my first home, and I've worked hard to renovate and take care of it. I hope guests will be respectful of the space, and I'm sharing house rules below. Please help me preserve the home for future stays by accepting these rules before you book.
GENERAL RULES
• No smoking inside the property

• No pets whatsoever allowed on or in the property.
• No parties. If you're wanting to throw a party, this is not the home for you.

• Any tape residue, leftover decorations, or damage found on walls due to decorations may result in a charge.
• Cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. Cleaning fee covers costs to clean all linens, kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, dusting, and up-keeping the house.
• If anything breaks or is damaged during your stay, please do not try to "hide" damage or mess as I work to ensure the home is in great condition for each guest.
• Please keep your exterior noise level down, I'm lucky to have great neighbors and want to respect them.
• No illegal downloads of any sort, no p2p file sharing.
EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance and will include an additional cost.
• Cleaners are scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes.
