This unit is located on the 3rd floor which is easily accessible by our elevator. It is walking distance to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Watercolor & Seaside are also only a bike or car ride away. The great restaurants & shops of The Village of South Walton are right outside your door. Two beach chairs w/ backpack straps are provided in the unit for your use!

Living and Sleeping Area:
Features a king size bed with a pillow top mattress, high count linens, a 50” Smart TV (feel free to log in to your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc… account to watch your favorite shows) and a pull-out queen sofa with an extra thick mattress.
Kitchenette:
The kitchenette is very functional with granite countertops, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, and microwave. Table seating for 2.
The Village of South Walton is a newer complex with 2 pools (one is heated between March 1 - May 1), a hot tub, gas grills at the pool, and free on-call tram service to Seacrest Beach.
Everything you need is foot steps away and bike rental is located onsite should you decide to rent. Leave your car in the parking lot and enjoy the great restaurants, shopping, beaches, and walking and biking paths. This unit is perfect for couples and small families.
The free shuttle runs continuously to the beach (hours vary depending on the season), but it's also just a short 7 minute walk if you choose to walk. The shuttle is also on demand - if it is not currently at the station, simply call and they will come pick you up.
Free parking is provided. Rosemary Beach is just a short 5 minute walk away, Alys Beach is a 10 minute walk, and the great shops and restaurants of The Village of South Walton are right outside your door.
2 night minimum unless there is a single night available between two existing bookings. There are laundry facilities located on the first floor of the building. The pools and tram station are located right outside of our building. We only offer exceptions to our cancellation policy for a mandatory evacuation of the area due to a tropical storm or hurricane. If you would like protection in case something else arises that may cause a change to your travel plans, we recommend you purchase independent travel insurance.
