Waterpark for the kids, including hot-tub, covered pool, uncovered pool, and a lazy river! Enjoy premier beachfront access with chairs/umbrella included, and plenty of room (1800 sq. ft.) to spread out after a long day outside. You won't believe how much space you have in our condo to move around and relax, especially if you've stayed at other condos on the beach before!

This 21st floor Penthouse condo is one of only two of the ''Sandcastle'' floor plans in the entire development. Featuring extra large bedrooms and baths, this top floor condo boasts almost 1,800 square feet, with two spacious master suites and a double bunk room that has been converted into a 3rd bedroom, perfect for kids. This unit can sleep up to 11 people, with its built-in bunks and three full baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig Duo and a large breakfast bar overlooking the spacious living room with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. We have one of the largest kitchens at Splash! This unit also features tile throughout, granite countertops, 9 foot ceilings and ROKU smart TVs in the living room and all master bedrooms. Large balcony with top floor, unrestricted beachfront views of the gulf and beach that stretch to the horizon. All bathrooms have granite countertops and the both master bathrooms have double vanities. Seaside Master has balcony access also.

Splash is located on the west end of Panama City Beach. The new PIER PARK is located 2.1 miles east of Splash. This 1.2 million sq. ft. retail and entertainment complex features shopping, Ferris Wheel, Dining and a 16 screen movie theater. Pier Park offers something for everyone in the family. Seaside is a short scenic drive and a great day trip. Also, close to the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall in Destin. Splash is located minutes from Hwy 79, Frank Brown Sports Complex (2.5) miles, the airport (ECP) - NW Florida Beaches International Airport- 11.5 miles.

***We are in the WEST Tower. Cross the bridge and take the elevators to the RIGHT.
***Please be advised, if for any unexpected/emergency/repairs and other reasons, any amenities will not be available during your stay, it is out of the owner's control and the owner is not responsible.
***WINTER HOURS for the Registration Desk are 12pm to 4pm, 7 days a week. Security hours will change October 31 to be 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. seven days a week thru the month of February. East tower pools/amenities will be unavailable from Jan 4 until spring break. The Beach Chair
Rental Service is not available during the winter season.
The registration fee is charged by the resort and is not included in your price. We will not rent to persons other than families, married couples, and adults who are 25 years of age or older. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of the property under the age of 25 years. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to loss of rent and/or eviction.
