This entire condo is located in the historic Peachtree Towers, a well-known downtown building valued for its solid construction and peaceful atmosphere. Renovated in July 2021, the interior features refreshed finishes throughout the living area, kitchen, and bathroom, creating a clean and welcoming space for both short and extended stays.

The condo sleeps up to four guests across one bedroom and flexible living space. The bedroom offers a comfortable bed with quality bedding for restful nights, while a sofa bed in the living area allows the layout to adapt easily for additional guests.

Surface parking lot right next to the building and a parking deck a block away. Note: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.
Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request. z
WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level. z

PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
