The house faces south to bask in the sun on the prettiest street in Dunedin, quiet and green with huge old trees dripping with Spanish moss. The house layout provides ample space for a group, with well-separated rooms to give a sense of privacy. Upstairs is the airy master bedroom with a super comfortable king bed and an ensuite bathroom that overlooks the trees. Also upstairs, a second large bedroom has a king and a double bed, and a hall bathroom. The downstairs queen bedroom opens into a small office and has a hall bath with a walk-in shower.
