Positive: The location of the property is excellent, with a wonderful view from the terrace. The terrace is well-equipped with a table, chairs, a swing, and a clothes dryer – everything is thoughtfully arranged. The beach is very close, and the sea is amazing. Ms. Pina and her mother were very kind. Communication with Ms. Pina was excellent. A huge advantage is the free parking.

Negative: There was no third bed, even though three beds are part of the advertised offer. We are a family with two teenagers aged 11 and 14 so this made our stay quite stressful, and anyone raising teenagers will understand why. What disappointed me most was that the owner did not apologize; instead, through Ms. Pina, he explained that I had only requested parking and not three beds, so he assumed two double beds would be enough. To me, it is completely unreasonable to expect that I should have to request three beds when they are clearly part of the advertised offer.
