Our spacious, 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom home is a great accommodation for any occasion, perfect for groups of up to 7 guests.

Getting Around:
We have a two-car private driveway right out front of the home. There is limited street parking. If you choose to bring your car, the area is convenient for driving. Otherwise, there are multiple options for transportation via bus or train as well as ride shares.
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT!!! THE PERSON WHO BOOKS MUST BE 21+ AND BE PRESENT DURING THE DURATION OF THE STAY! Please know that you will be asked to sign a check-in form and rental agreement that outlines the terms of your reservation! All supplies are provided in moderation; the number of each supply on-site is what we provide, and you may need to purchase more for the duration of your stay. If you want additional supplies during your stay, you will be responsible for bringing or obtaining extra.
GENERAL: Quiet time is from 10:00PM to 7:00AM every day. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep music, loud voices, and shenanigans down to a minimum! No prom
groups, No bachelor parties, No more than 7 guests (You CANNOT allow anyone outside of the booking party to stay at the house.) No smoking; If ANY sign of smoking is found in the
home, the security deposit is automatically forfeited along with additional cleaning costs to be incurred by the renter. If we are made aware that there are more guests than the agreed-upon
number, guests will be immediately subject to eviction. SMOKING POLICY: Our home is non-smoking. If smoking outside, please smoke away from the house, not on the deck or patios.
CLEANING POLICY: If any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around
the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense.
CHECK-IN: Check in time is 4:00 pm. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival. No early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Upon arrival
please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”. To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues.
CHECK OUT: Check out time is strictly 10:00 am. We allow late checkouts for a $125 fee. Failure to pay this fee with a late check out will result in an
automatic charge of 1 extra day stay (amount differs per property but is a minimum of $125.00).
Interaction with Guests:
We live off-site but are available via text/call/Airbnb messenger 24/7. We have a property manager and maintenance team in place, ready to address any and all of your needs in a timely manner!
