Gorgeous Open Water Ocean views from living room, kitchen, dining area, covered porch and dock! Dock amenities include dock posts, cleats and whips. Covered porch with comfortable lounging furniture overlooking a beautiful water view. Interior features tile flooring throughout, TV in living room and master bedroom, full line of appliances, washer, dryer, ceiling fans and central A/C. Sleeping accommodations include a Queen size bed in the Master bedroom and a private bathroom, a Queen size bed in the Guest bedroom and bathroom in the hallway. Downstairs features access to a secure storage room, a small frig and freezer and covered parking for one car, one golf cart, and one motorcycle. Boat trailers are NOT permitted to be parked at the house. Additional amenities include free in-home WIFI, basic cable, and gas grill.
