This cute beach cottage is walking distance to all the fun restaurants and shops at the beach including Cafe 11, Sunset Grille, Panama Hatties, Mango Mango's and more. A short drive to historic downtown St. Augustine or the Alligator Farm, even Marineland. There is plenty to do in St. Augustine. Decor: The house has been fully refurbished with updated appliances and furnishings. Open kitchen, quartz countertops, cabinets & floors all new in 2021make the kitchen perfect for entertaining. Dishwasher, washer & dryer & ice maker plus a full amenity kitchen! A comfortable full size pull-out couch, flat panel TV's in living room and primary bedroom and lovely beach decor throughout. This adorable beach cottage has everything you need for a fabulous stay at the beach including beach towels and chairs, boogie boards, 4 bicycles, 2 pergolas for outdoor dining & a non functional fireplace for decor only. Also enjoy an Emporia Level 2 fast charger for any EV, for tesla just add the converter to the end.
This home is self catering so it will be clean when you arrive and cleaned when you depart. There will be 2 trash bags, a roll of Toilet paper in each bathroom, some dishwasher pods however you will need to bring more supplies with you depending on the length of your stay.
