Originally a stone farmhouse from the 1800s, Villa Ludovica is an elegant property, immersed in the countryside of Valdichiana, a few km from Cortona. Completely renovated, it boasts a large fenced garden (500 m2), equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue, wood-burning oven, and gazebo with lounge area, ideal for relaxing while admiring the splendid view of the Tuscan hills.
Under the large patio (50 m2) there is a dining table with chairs to spend alfresco meals with friends.
The outdoor spaces are embellished by a panoramic pool (7 x 14 m, depth 1.80 m), open from May 1st to October 7th, and equipped with: parasols, sun loungers, and external shower. From the pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the surrounding landscape.
Next to the pool is an outdoor hot tub (also open from May 1st to October 7th) that can be used at an extra cost.
Lastly, at guests' disposal a private covered parking (under a canopy) for 9 cars, a small football pitch, a swing, and a ping pong table.
Internal Description
Made up of the main building and a dependance, Villa Ludovica can accommodate up to 20 people, has 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. 3 baby cots and 3 high chairs are available on request.
