Summary: Amazing location, views to die for, wonderful pool and quite a unique stay. Overall very pleased with the experience, however a few issues that could be improved to make this 5 stars. Despite my protestations, the address listed here is wrong. Be very scrupulous about meeting arrangements for key handover. Connect via Whatsapp before travelling and confirm meeting location. Little or no English spoken (my responsibility to earn better Italian, not a criticism) so make sure you either learn or have phrase book handy. Confirm prior that linen and towels are provided and be prepared for an eclectic mix of sheets and towels. Accomodation was as presented with plenty of cutlery, plates, pots etc so if you are planning on cooking for yourself you will have everything you need. Efficient boiler, plenty of hot water, gas hob, big fridge and freezer provided. Gas provided by bottle outside and ours ran out half way through the stay Whatsapped our guy and he arranged a replacement within 2 hours, top service. Outside space sheltered with great BBQ space and absolutely superb pool. Cleaned every day and although shared with 5 other cottages, never crowded. Loungers provided by property so no worries about sunbathing. Prepare early for mosquitoes, standing water further down the lane means there are a lot of them, recommend Baygon spray, Citronella candles and Autan repellent. I made a schoolboy error and was feasted upon until we equipped properly, but they are manageable if you are careful. I travelled with my fiancee and my 2 teenage daughters for a week and we loved it. This cottage is unique and not perfect but I would recommend anyone who wants a unique location, views to die for, a great pool, very good facilities and wants an area of incredible beauty to be based in to get out and explore this wonderful island. 4 Stars could have easily been 5 with a few tweaks. Thank you for a great holiday.
