5 Bedroom House in Kingsland
Newly renovated 5/3 home just off the main body of water on Lake LBJ. Large covered back patio with mounted fans and lighting. We love watching the birds and hummingbirds while sitting on the back porch. Deer often gather across the street from the front porch. Large spacious kitchen and living area with an electric fireplace and 55" TV. Kitchen is fully equipped and has new appliances, including a separate drink fridge. The master bedroom has a king size bed, mounted tv, window facing the water, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, mounted tv, window facing the water, and private bathroom. One other bedroom has bunk beds with full size mattresses (one person over age six only on top bunks). The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a kids tv room with a daybed, games and books. Smart TVs are located in two bedrooms and the living room so you can log on to your favorite streaming services. There is a fire stick on the TV in the kids room where you can log on there as well. There is a pack & play, crib sheet, and portable highchair stored in the master bedroom closet. Established yard with sprinkler system.

The boat lift is used by the owners. If you bring your own boat, you will need to trailer it each night using the boat ramp at the end of the street. Fishing boats can be tied on behind the boat slip. Tying on to the outside of the boat dock isn't an option because it blocks the channel and our neighbors boat often in the evening. The jet-ski ramp is available for your use. **Let owner know if plan to bring a boat or jet ski.** The channel isn’t very deep, so pontoons or flat/round bottom hull fishing boats with experienced drivers only. Kayaks are a great idea to bring along. Bring fishing poles for the kids because fishing in the channel is fun!
Some great wineries and music venues are nearby, as well as a bike park in Burnet, and golf courses a few miles away at the Lighthouse Country Club or Legends Golf Course...or in Horseshoe Bay at the Blue Lake Golf Club. Come enjoy the fun things to do in the area, or just have a relaxing time at the house.
There’s also a community area along the open water just down the street. Borrow the cart on wheels and ice chest from the boat house and enjoy a picnic and swimming (on open water) at the park. When out boating, this is also a good place to tie on to a dock and make a two minute run to the house to restock, etc. rather than navigate the channel.
There are two outdoor security cameras. There are NO cameras inside the house or on the back porch.
