The entrance opens to the modern kitchen. Blonded wood cabinets, solid surface counters and newer appliances are just a few of the features of this wonderful, organized space. A bright dining area off the kitchen is ideal for reading the morning paper with your coffee. A pass through between the kitchen and dining room make clean up a breeze.
The living room is spacious and bathed in natural light from the wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the intersecting canals and marina below. Rich leather furnishings will have you relaxing in style. A large flat screen TV will keep you up to-date with the world events or your favorite show. High speed wireless internet has also been provided.
Just off the living room is the screened in lanai. Overlooking the backside of Fish Tale Marina you will love watching the boats come and go and the dolphins that come in to play in the waters below the condo.

Santini Marina plaza is less than a 10 minute walk from the condo. Here you will find numerous shops and restaurants for your shopping and dining pleasure.
Please note this condo is both pet free and smoke free. In additional the condo association rules prohibit rentals for less than one full month. While we would love to rent for less, we are unable. You are more than welcome to stay for a month or longer though!
