The home is situated on 200’ of pristine waterfront, and boasts a sandy beach, a new 50’ boat dock, screened-in porch, and patio.
The main-floor open-plan living area features plenty of natural light—courtesy of floor-to-ceiling windows which provide impressive lake views.
The kitchen is very well-equipped for preparing meals that can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or the dining table with seating for eight. Should you like to cook and eat outside, there’s a gas grill and dining table on the deck which can be accessed via slider doors off of the dining/living room area.
The living room is located off the dining area, and features a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a luxurious leather sofa and chairs, as well as access to a deck with outdoor seating. The main floor has two full bathrooms. There are also two mini split wall mounted a/c’s in the living area.
The lower level of the home features a second dining area, as well as another living area with a cozy sofa and wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
