4 Bedroom House in Cotignac
Parking - It is quite possible to park at / in front of the house, but there is a large parking space 5 minutes behind the house where there is always room. The house consists of a total of 5 floors.
1st floor has direct access to street level allowing for the use of the living room. We use this as a family room. Here we have a dining table and a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed, as well as a new shower, separate toilet and sink, which allows guests to have this for themselves. Washing machine is brand new (user guide is atop it), neatly tucked behind a closet.
2nd floor. Composed of kitchen spaces, dining area with large Provencal fireplace.
Stove and dishwasher were new to 4 years ago. long table seats up to eight people. From here one can see the flames in the fireplace or converse with today's Chef de Cuisine. In addition to the dishwasher there is a kettle and coffee maker. We have coffee, tea, salt, pepper, herbs and other durable foods available. Use it or buy a new self. Various washing and brushing matters stand in the cupboard under the sink. Everything within crockery and cutlery are of course in place. In addition, the house also has wireless internet ..
3rd floor consists of master bedroom with alcove and attached bathroom: with shower, sink and toilet.
4th floor consists of one bedroom (single bed) with a small window - has entrance from the stairwell. Living room has a high ceiling and Velux window, and a built-in terrace. In the living room can optionally make the sofa into a double bed, and there are two additional beds under the stairs. Terassen we have much enjoyed -it's a lovely view from this room of the mountains. The built-in terrace has a fridge and sink with hot and cold water.
5th floor, one more (!) bedroom on top of the house with sofa bed.
We note that the house has many stairs as it is built in the height of five floors.
