Our house has all the charm of a Florida cottage, NY loft and northern charm with wood floors & fireplace! 1 mile to Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Cine-bistro theater, Phillipi Oyster Bar & Restaurant and Phillipi Boat Marina.

The property consist of the main house and a detached house. The main house comfortably sleeps 8 and the detached house comfortably sleeps 4. The detached house is available to parties of 8+. An additional fee if $10 per person per night is charged for every guest over 8. Please notate the total number of guests so upon arrival housekeeping can be sure to provide the proper amount of towels and linens for additional guests.
A dining room table is available, but many previous guest did not need/want it since the kitchen island is so large and offers seating. The table is kept in the large guest room. Also, for large gathering (ie. Thanksgiving) three 8 ft tables have been brought in to comfortably seat up to 24.
