Casa Tiwi is a 3 bedroom cluster villa located with sea views on the Clube Golfemar condominium, just 2 kilometres outside the picturesque Portuguese town of Carvoeiro.
When you walk through the front door you will enter a large open plan lounge/dining area , with new super comfortable recliner sofas and dining room furniture .The lounge contains a satellite TV, DVD player and log burner. Sliding doors lead you out on to a lovely terrace with far reaching views to the sea. The terrace has a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
There are an assortment of books and DVDs in the lounge which guests are welcome to use . If you would like to keep a book you are welcome to do so.
Free WiFi, satellite TV with hundreds of channels, and air conditioning included in the price.
The house can easily accommodate 6 adults, we can also arrange for cots if you would like to bring a baby . This would have to be agreed at time of booking so we can check with our Manager that they have one available.
A very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and washing machine. Coffee machine.
Upstairs toilet with sink.
Downstairs leads to the 3 bedrooms with a further sun terrace and sun loungers. The house is south facing so benefits from sunshine all day long.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed.
Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 each have 2 single beds.
Each bedroom has its' own en-suite bathroom making this house ideal for families.
All windows have electric shutters and the house is fully alarmed, there is a safe in the main bedroom. Each room has remote controlled air conditioning, which also doubles up as heaters in the winter.
There is a large swimming pool on the Condominium next to the Lighthouse Restaurant that owners and their guests can use. The pool is owned by the restaurant so there is a daily charge for the use of sunbeds. No charge for sunbeds for under 16s.
No charge if you lay on towels.
The pool area has recently been updated and looks stunning, and also has an onsite pool bar serving snacks and drinks in high season. The Lighthouse restaurant is open most days.
There are at least 5 excellent restaurants within walking distance of the condominium, offering Portuguese and International cuisine, whilst the town of Carvoeiro with its many restaurants, bars and shops are 2 kms away. If you want to go in to town but don't wish to drive we recommend Uber!. Very cheap and convenient.
Vale de Milho golf course adjoins the development with several other excellent golf courses nearby such as Gramacho, Amendoeira and Palmares.
Vale de Centeanes beach is a short stroll away which also has a small cafe/restaurant. Sunloungers and umbrellas can be hired per day.
