Living Spaces:
The front door is about 14 steps above the driveway level and once you enter the home, all of the living spaces and bedrooms are on one level. (Only the garage is on the lower/driveway level, but the garage is not available for guest use.)
This 2,100 sf, two-level home has been recently remodeled and has all new beds, furnishings and appointments.
Rich wood floors grace the open concept living area and a gas fireplace insert provides heat on cool evenings. The wifi-enabled Smart TV is equipped with XFinity Streaming cable service from Comcast. French doors and the outdoor deck, multiple patios and hot tub will lure you outside. A wood burning fire pit and gas BBQ grill (plumbed; no propane tanks required) are on hand as well as multiple seating areas for a great indoor-outdoor flow and living experience. Well-equipped for extended stays!
Kitchen and Dining:
The open-concept kitchen with large center island is fully-equipped for preparing delicious, memorable meals. Stainless steel appliances include a side by side refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, wall-mounted oven and microwave. Beautiful solid countertops and finishes adorn the space. A large window is set above the sink, and nearby French doors flood the space with light. There is a whole-house water filter in place. The adjacent dining room is likewise bright and airy with windows on three sides and distant ocean views through the trees.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom with a decadent jacuzzi bathtub in the main part of the bedroom. The bathtub is up three steps and a hand-held wand is perfect for rinsing off.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed and a TV.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, a TV and direct back yard access through French doors.
Bedroom #4 has a queen bed, a desk, chair and direct back yard access through French doors.
The hall bathroom has a standing shower with a steam-shower feature and a full capacity stacked washer and dryer.
Bedroom TVs listed above are Smart TVs that have XFinity Streaming programming from Comcast. Guests may also log into their own streaming subscriptions.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
Parking for up to four cars in the moderately sloping driveway; the two-car garage is also available for parking.
